Residential services provide the ideal environment in which to treat individuals with serious addictions. Center Point's residential programs and services provide structured, comprehensive whole-person care to women and children, to adults, and to adolescents.

Adolescent Residential - San Rafael, CA

Center Point operates a 22-bed facility offering residential care and treatment to adolescents. The adolescent program is widely recognized throughout Northern California as an effective treatment center for troubled youth, and the low rate of client attrition has led to a positive reputation as a stable, long-term placement option. The program provides residential services to adolescents between the ages of thirteen and eighteen. Adolescents are referred through county probation and/or social service departments throughout California with the majority of referrals from juvenile courts. The duration of care averages from nine to twelve months. Family reunification is a primary focus of the program. In the absence of a stable family unit, the program assists clients in securing appropriate foster (or adoptive) families or an emancipated status.

Coeducational Adult Residential - San Rafael, CA

Center Point's program for adults provides comprehensive rehabilitation services that combine psychosocial, behavioral, peer support, and clinical interventions to develop socially positive attitudes, values, and skills. The adult coed program serves 40 men and women with treatment lasting up to six months.

LifeLink Perinatal Services (Women's and Children's Residential) - San Rafael, CA

Lifelink is a 40-bed comprehensive residential treatment program for pregnant and post-partum women and their young children (up to the age of five). This six-month long program offers comprehensive rehabilitation services with the goal of improving the overall health and well-being (including birth outcomes for pregnant women) of substance abusing mothers and their children by providing individualized and culturally appropriate treatment services. Lifelink offers a variety of on-site psychological, educational, medical, and counseling services for mothers and their children.

Adult Residential - Sacramento, CA

Center Point has recently acquired a thirty-one (31) bed facility in Fair Oaks, in suburban Sacramento. The Fair Oaks facility will serve as a regional treatment center for parolees transitioning out of our in-custody therapeutic community treatment programs in the state prisons. The program utilizes a similar format to Center Point's adult residential program in San Rafael and offers both residential and non-residential services.

Family Foundations Program- San Diego, CA

Family Foundations is an innovative, 75-bed residential community corrections center located in San Diego. The purpose of the program is to place pregnant and/or parenting women sentenced to state prison into a community-based treatment program as an alternative to incarceration. The program offers a highly structured treatment environment for non-violent female offenders and their children in a community setting. The duration of the residential program is 12-months, followed by a 12-month outpatient transitional services program following parole.
