Multi-Service Center/Central Intake

Our Central Intake office provides Drug and Alcohol abuse information, screening and assessment, and referrals for those with a substance abuse problem. The Agency provides physical and mental health screenings, assessments of risk behaviors, referrals for HIV/AIDS/HEPC testing and/or treatment linkages with the criminal justice system and the child welfare system and referrals for additional supportive services.

The Multi-Service Center programs include intensive outpatient groups, continuing and after care, relapse prevention, peer support, and case management services for clients who need assistance in accessing ancillary services (e.g. housing, mental health, vocational/educational, medical, etc.) Appointments can be scheduled through The Intake Office. Hours are 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
